I have been involved in the hospitality business for a long time, and my previous job was in charge of counseling at a drug store.There is always a quota for the type of business, and I felt a dilemma there and decided to change jobs.I want to serve customers with a little more hospitality and hospitality.So I became interested in serving customers at the inn.At that time, I came across a job offer for "Aburaya Tosen".I've lived in Nagano prefecture for a long time, and "Aburaya Tosen" is a longing inn that I want to visit at least once.I went to the briefing session and decided to join the company because I really sympathized with the corporate philosophy of "sharing a smile."
Until now, I have thought that customer service is something that makes customers smile. With the words "sharing a smile", I was impressed by the fact that "customers are smiling and we are also smiling", and I feel that the reason why I like the hospitality business is verbalized. did.Even when I experienced the site on the internship, I would like to respond very seriously and definitely work in this workplace!I remember feeling strongly.

At the beginning, I mainly worked in the Nakai and front desk work, which is called "multi" (multitasking) at our company.However, I had no experience in the restaurant business, and honestly when I was an intern, I thought this might be difficult.When I talked honestly with President Yumoto, he said, "Why don't you just touch the reservation?"Reservation has a part that connects with the customer service business that I have experienced so far, so it was a lot of fun when I actually tried it.

I have been a sub-leader since last year (2020).I have no experience in management, and I am trying and erroring how to educate well, but since I have very good staff, I can work to further unite as a team and further motivate everyone. I hope.However, when I couldn't follow the staff well, I was depressed saying "I wish I had done this more ...".However, I think it's over when I don't have to worry, so sometimes I'm depressed, but I think it's necessary and I'm working on it.

how to spend the holidays

Basically, I sleep a lot (laughs).I also go out with my mother, sister and friends.I also like to draw pictures, and I also upload original characters online.I also like retro games.The rest is cooking.People in Nagano use a lot of mackerel cans, but they are good at tomato soup with whole mackerel cans.You may be surprised, but this is delicious.After that, I made cakes with apples I got from my neighbors.I like to try simple but interesting dishes.
