Multitasking craft beer business

I thought, "It would be great if there was a job that could make craft beer and serve customers," and I was surprised to find that job from "Aburaya Tosen."In an interview with President Yumoto, why did you start the craft beer business even though it is an inn?When I heard that thought, I got the impression that he was a very challenging person.You can challenge yourself here.With that in mind, I decided to join the company.

Originally from Nagano prefecture, I worked for a robot parts manufacturer in Nagano prefecture for 9 years.I am good at "improvement" because I was ranked 50rd out of 3 teams in the in-house improvement competition.At the timing of becoming the next leader, I changed to the sales position of the company because I wanted to be a multi-person, and worked hard for two years in Osaka.However, when I turned 2, I retired thinking, "I have only one life. I want to try various things." I worked part-time at an izakaya for a while.
It was my first time to serve customers face-to-face, and it was a lot of fun.I also love beer, so I thought, "It would be great if there was a job that could make craft beer and serve customers," and I was surprised to find that job from "Aburaya Tosen."In an interview with President Yumoto, why did you start the craft beer business even though it is an inn?When I heard that thought, I got the impression that he was a very challenging person.You can challenge yourself here.With that in mind, I decided to join the company.

Even if you are a beginner at a ryokan, even if you are 30 years old
There is an environment where you can learn from scratch.

The company I used to work for had about 500 employees.However, "Aburaya Tosen" has achieved excellent results with a much smaller number of people.When I actually joined the company, it was impressive that each and every employee was really hard and the work density was high.If there is a hole in the business, we will immediately make up for each other.Each person works from the perspective of a manager.It looked like that.In my previous job, the quota was decided, and I had to make the quantity in it, so the way of thinking is different by 180 degrees.It's hard, but now I feel like I've improved my level.
Of course, I was very confused at first.Although I am in charge of the beer business, I also serve as an inn.The work of the inn must be learned from the wording.We are at the stage of gradually increasing the number of jobs we can do, such as following Mr. Nakai, picking up customers, and managing documents.When my seniors aren't doing well, they clearly say "I wasn't good", so I'm able to work in a friendly relationship.

I want to get the craft beer business on track and help with "improvement".

From now on, I will go to various breweries for training to study beer brewing.I am studying with brewing books myself, but it is best to touch the real thing first.I have already visited and tasted breweries within reach.We are planning a craft beer brewery with a restaurant, so in consideration of service, we try to drink in a glass on the spot instead of cans and bottles.The shape of the glass changes depending on the type and individuality of the beer, so I want to check that as well.
Now I'm full of learning about the work of the inn and the beer business.But I'm already 30 years old.You have to be in a position to pull.Also, what I have experienced in my previous job, I think I can make use of it here, for example, "improvement".I hope I can contribute to that part as well.Even within the company, problems are always shared using SNS etc., so it is an environment where it is easy to make proposals. I would like to do my best to make "Aburaya Tosen" a more attractive spot.

how to spend the holidays

I like music and I play on my computer using the piano and bass.I'm a fan of Toshiki Kadomatsu, who loved 80's city pop because of her parents' influence and was often taken to live concerts.It would be nice if he could even write a song, but now (laughs).Eventually, a small box will do, so it would be great if we could live.In winter I go snowboarding and skiing.My dad is a ski instructor and I've been doing it since I was 3 years old.A drive is also good when you have a short break.
